We ran several competitions at the event, including the following:

Rob Felthouse battled through five games to be crowned King of the SHMUP, winning a fully-modded Sega Saturn courtesy of Console Passion.

The infamous ten-player Bomberman battles appeared on a projector screen and Ian Wall prevailed to win a selection of PC games.

Congratulations to young Harry who outclassed all the adults to win the Mario Kart Wii trophy and a PS3 game.

Weekend Gamer's World Cup Carnival

The guys from Weekend Gamer catered for football fans in a tournament spanning a variety of footie games on four different systems. The winner of a fantastic trophy and Sensible Soccer T-shirt was Doug.

Steve 'felgekarp' Bolsover was the winner of the BBC Micro ZAP! competition with a score of over 2000 points that eclipsed any other scores by a country mile!

In addition to the above we offered a variety of great prizes in a raffle and on Sunday we conducted a Charity Auction with a selection of interesting lots which raised over £600!
